PRIVACY.

This is short, because NAWD collects very little.

Who is responsible

NAWD is a trading name of Martin Doyle, who is responsible for any personal information this site collects. Questions about it can be sent through the contact form.

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself. Nothing else is collected about you when you visit the site.

Why

To reply to your message, and to keep a record of the conversation if it leads to work together. The legal basis is legitimate interest: you got in touch, and a reply is what you would expect.

Who else sees it

Nobody reads it but me. Your message is passed through Amazon Web Services, which delivers it to my inbox. It is never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

How long it is kept

If no work follows, your message is deleted within twelve months. If it does lead to work, the related correspondence is kept for six years, because that is how long business records must be kept for tax.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking, so there is nothing to accept or decline.

Your rights

You can ask to see what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
